This service is provided by Tres Más Tres Soluciones, S.L. (Tax ID B88471032), with registered address at Calle de Guillermo Pingarrón, 1, Local 10, 28018 Madrid, Spain, under the trade name EasyInvite. Contact: [email protected].
These terms govern access to and use of EasyInvite, a SaaS platform for creating, customising and managing digital invitations for private events and celebrations (weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, anniversaries and the like).
The Service is intended for event organisers aged 18 or over. Accessing it implies full acceptance of these terms.
Access to the private area requires personal credentials provided by EasyInvite after a plan has been purchased. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions carried out under their account.
Users undertake to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
EasyInvite offers the following one-off, per-event plans. Prices are shown in euros to customers in Europe and in US dollars (US$) to the rest of the world:
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices in euros include VAT where applicable. Any indirect taxes applicable in the customer's country will be added to prices in US dollars and shown before payment is completed. EasyInvite reserves the right to change its prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes do not affect orders already paid.
Because the Service involves the immediate performance of set-up and customisation work tailored to the event, users expressly waive their right of withdrawal once EasyInvite begins preparing the event, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The organiser undertakes to:
The organiser is the data controller of their guests' personal data (name, phone number and any other information they enter). EasyInvite acts solely as a data processor, processing that data on the organiser's instructions and with appropriate security measures.
The organiser guarantees that they have obtained the necessary consents to process their guests' data, including sending communications via WhatsApp.
EasyInvite will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to carry out scheduled maintenance, giving reasonable notice.
Event data (guests, RSVPs, wall messages) is kept active for one year from the event date. After that period, the data may be deleted. The organiser is responsible for exporting any information they need before it expires.
All intellectual property rights in the EasyInvite platform —designs, code, brand, templates and features— belong to Tres Más Tres Soluciones, S.L. The organiser retains the rights to the content they enter (their own texts and images).
EasyInvite shall not be liable for damage arising from: misuse of the Service by the organiser or their guests; loss of data not exported before expiry; interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers; or the organiser's failure to meet their data protection obligations.
EasyInvite may suspend or cancel access to the Service if these terms are breached, with prior notice except in cases of fraudulent or unlawful use or use that endangers the security of other users.
The organiser may request cancellation of their account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Data will be kept for 30 additional days in case of possible claims.
Communications between the parties will preferably be made by email to the addresses provided at registration. Notices sent to the organiser's email address shall be deemed valid.
EasyInvite may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction.
